As of mid-November, 27 Netflix shows have been canceled in 2020 including many fan-favorites. Check out the complete list of Netflix shows canceled so far in 2020! 

Netflix’s top brass might not feel as though they have a higher than usual traditional cancellation rate; however, there is no denying that 2020 has brought with it quite a long list of cancellations both to new series and fan-favorites.

Through the second week of November, 27 Netflix shows have been canceled or renewed for final seasons — still considered a cancellation, just with the consolation prize of knowing a proper ending will be given to the show.

Among those lucky enough to secure a final season order in 2020 so far are Lucifer, which managed to secure a bonus season which will now serve as its last; Jason Bateman’s Emmy-nominated drama, OzarkEmmy-winning drama The Crown, which still has two seasons in the pipeline before its end; and Linda Cardellini and Christina Applegate’s Emmy-nominated comedy, Dead to Me.

On the flip side, there have been a handful of others who have had their renewals reversed due to the pandemic. Shows like teen dramas I Am Not Okay With This and The Societyand even the acclaimed fan-drama GLOW.
