Hot Frosty and the best sexy movies and shows on Netflix in November 2024

When it comes to Christmas movies, "sexy" isn't typically the first, or probably even second, descriptor to come to mind. Maybe "charming" or "adventurous" or "festive" would be the words to describe your average holiday flick. Perhaps even "funny." But this year, Netflix is turning the heat all the way up with two of its new original Christmas romantic comedies.

Chad Michael Murray and Dustin Milligan are spreading holiday cheer in their movies The Merry Gentlemen and Hot Frosty. The titles of both suggest a certain level of hotness akin to a steaming cup of cocoa. Beyond the Christmas treats, Netflix also offers an extra helping of an action-packed film franchise and a period drama series that are both plenty alluring.

Hot Frosty

Pictured above, you will see Schitt's Creek and 90210 star Dustin Milligan starring in Hot Frosty as Jack Snowman, a snowman come to life as a very attractive man. The cold-turned-hot being romances a widower named Kathy, played by Christmas movie queen Lacey Chabert, but their connection obviously has an expiration date before his magic wears off. Don't miss this fun new Netflix original when it makes its premiere on Nov. 13.

The Merry Gentlemen

One Tree Hill fans, this one's for you! Chad Michael Murray co-headlines The Merry Gentlemen with fellow CW star Britt Robertson, and it might be the sexiest Netflix Christmas movie ever? To save her family's local theater, a woman throws a holiday revue full of shirtless men. You know what they say, sex sells! Obviously, romance blooms between Robertson's and Murray's characters. But most people will be tuning in for Chad Michael Murray (see above) on Nov. 20.

Fast and Furious franchise

On Nov. 12, the first six movies in the Fast and Furious franchise return to Netflix for streaming, and they will surely take turns hitting the top 10 most popular movies ranking. They're probably not designed to be "sexy," but the casting choices certainly beg to differ. Make sure to relive the adrenaline rush of The Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five, and Fast & Furious 6 on Netflix this month!

The Empress season 2

After two years away, the German historical drama series The Empress, also known as Die Kaiserin, finally returns with its followup season on Nov. 22. The Empress season 2 will continue the story of the popular series, which first premiered on Netflix back in November 2022. While it might not be as steamy as period series like Bridgerton or Outlander, there's enough sexiness for spicy romance novel fans to become obsessed episode after episode. Check it out the week before Thanksgiving!
