With season 4 having experienced several production delays which made us wait nearly four years until new episodes would be available to watch, it’s unsurprising that many are wondering if this could be the end of the popular sci-fi drama. But alas, fans of Stranger Things can rejoice, as the streamer confirmed back in February — when it revealed season 4’s release dates — that it will be coming back for season 5, although the Duffer brothers did confirm that it will mark the last.

According to IMDb, Stranger Things season 4is made up of nine episodes. Episodes one through five are considered to be “volume 1” with these episodes expected to be available to watch on Netflix from May 27, and episodes six through nine, known as “volume 2,” will air five weeks later on July 1.
