We all have a favorite character, which one is yours on Netflix? TV Time has conducted a poll and the results are in! Here are the top 20 characters of 2019 so far.

New to TV Time? The site is an app users can use to keep track of episodes and series they watch, as well as a to-watch list for TV shows they’d like to check out eventually. Using the data TV Time members have entered, the site is able to determine the most-watched shows of the week, most anticipated shows, and do fun polls such as this one! The site recently also revealed the most-watched new shows on Netflix of the year so far.

Votes were gathered up from Jan. 1 through July 9 of this year, so this top 20 is as fresh as it gets! Not to mention, unlike the previous list, current hit shows such as Stranger Things and Lucifer are included!

Did your favorite character make it to the top 20? Let’s find out! And no worries, there will be no spoilers ahead, just in case you haven’t caught up on all the shows below.

Let’s have a look at the bottom half and analyze before diving into the top 10 Netflix characters:

20. Jake Manley “Jack Morton,” The Order
19. Justina Machado “Penelope Alvarez,” One Day at a Time
18. Ellen Page “Vanya Hargreeves,” The Umbrella Academy
17. Lesley-Ann Brandt “Mazikeen,” Lucifer
16. Gavin Leatherwood “Nicholas Scratch,” Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
15. Drew Barrymore “Sheila Hammond,” Santa Clarita Diet
14. Jack Mulhurn “Grizz,” The Society
13. Brit Marling “Prairie Johnson,” The OA
12. Aidan Gallagher “Number Five,” The Umbrella Academy
11. Louis Hofmann “Jonas Kahnwald,” Dark
10. Ncuti Gatwa “Eric Effoing,” Sex Education

It’s sad to see One Day at a Time’s Penelope Alvarez (Justina Machado) on the list after Netflix cancelled the series. It was a struggle to save the show, but it was eventually rescued by Pop TV, where a fourth season is expected 2020.

Another Netflix cancelled series represented here by a character is Santa Clarita Diet. Drew Barrymore’s Sheila Hammond’s appears at No. 15. It’s a shame the series has yet to be saved by another network after leaving fans with a huge cliffhanger. Unfortunately, that happens sometimes in show business.

Finally, The Umbrella Academy has two members of the family in the bottom 10, Vanya (Ellen Page) at No. 18 and “Number Five” (Aidan Gallagher) at No. 12. Will more characters from this show appear on the top 10? Only one way to find out!

Let’s move on to the top 10 Netflix characters of 2019.
