Halfway through the year seems like the perfect time to look back at some of the best new Netflix shows has delivered, and this is exactly what TV Time has done!

If this is the first time you hear about TV Time, the site is an app in which users keep track of shows they are watching or would like to watch. TV Time gathers up the data from the users to determine the most-watched shows of the week, most anticipated shows and, in this case, the most-watched new shows of the year so far.

Keep in mind, this top 20 countdown only includes new original shows that Netflix debuted in the year 2019. This means Stranger Things, You, Lucifer and several other popular programs today are not included on the list. 2019 debuts such as Russian Doll and The Umbrella Academy, however, are front and center.

Did your favorite series make it to the top 20? Only one way to find out! First, let’s quickly take a look at the bottom half of the 20 shows before putting more focus on the top 10:

11. Quicksand
12. Chambers
13. Black Summer
14. How to Sell Drugs Online Fast
15. Special
16. When They See Us
17. High Seas
18. Osmosis
19. After Life
20. Our Planet

How to Sell Drugs Online Fast is a relatively new series, so I’m surprised to see it rank so well. If you need recommendations, Black Summer and When They See Us are great shows. When They See Us captivated many fans with its heartbreaking true story, while Black Summer provides zombie-fans a different type of story from the usual zombie-takeover tales.

I’d like to point out that Chambers lands higher than Black Summer here, yet Chambers received a quick cancellation after its premiere. Black Summer, however, is still pending renewal. The zombie-drama even has Steven King’s approval, though, so there’s hope for a second season.

Now let’s move on to the top 10!
