You season 2 adds The Good Doctor star Chris D’Elia

The latest update for You season 2 on Netflix is the cast addition of The Good Doctor star Chris D’Elia.

You season 2 on Netflix is set to premiere by the end of 2019 and the cast and crew have been hard at work! The latest update is Chris D’Elia joining the cast. D’Elia is mostly known for his role in the TV series Undateable. But the actor most recently starred in The Good Doctor and Alone Together. 

Now, Chris D’Elia is going to tackle a recurring role on the upcoming season of You, Deadline broke the news.

The source also spoiled the character description of D’Elia’s role. The actor will be playing Henderson, a “designer hoodie, black Ray-Bans, expensive sneakers-wearing famous comedian.” Deadline also teases Henderson has a “man-of-the-people” persona. I don’t know about you, but this doesn’t seem like the type of people Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) enjoys being around.

If I were to take a guess, Joe is not going to like this guy. Joe’s going to see right through him! I haven’t finished reading the book Hidden Bodies, though, so I could be wrong!

Hidden Bodies is the novel that serves as a sequel to You, by Caroline Kepnes. If you want to get ahead of the series and know what’s to come, check out the books! Don’t worry about the series being ruined for you, there are many surprises and new characters to come, just as the first season included.

Also set to star are Gotham‘s Robin Lord Taylor as Will, Haunting of Hill House‘s Victoria Pedretti as Love Quinn and Heathers star Adwin Brown as Calvin.
