Actor Penn Badgley stole our hearts (again) as Joe Goldberg in the stalker-drama series You on Netflix. Badgley isn’t sure how to feel about the love he has received for his character on the show. After all, Joe Goldberg is (spoiler alert!) a stalker and murderer. Yeah, Joe’s not exactly a good guy, but we all seem to be rooting for him anyway.

The series You premiered on the Lifetime network initially but failed to attract much of an audience. Well, leave it to Netflix. Once the streaming giant picked up streaming rights, You took over our world. For weeks, You was the No. 1 the most-binged series. The show also kept audiences chatting on Twitter for months. Needless to say, the demand for a second season was high and Netflix was quick to please!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know a second season is on its way. Production began earlier this month (see the first pics here!) and casting announcements are quickly coming in. The upcoming second season does not yet have an official release date, but it’s expected to drop later this year. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you posted on everything You related!

Easy A

I’m sure you all remember Penn Badgley as Woodchuck Todd in Easy A. The movie also stars Emma Stone, Amanda Bynes and Stanley Tucci. Above, watch one of the character’s most memorable scenes.

Easy A follows Olive Penderghast (Stone), a high school student who wants to be popular. In an attempt to get noticed, she lies about her weekend. This lie and exaggeration takes away her good-girl reputation, but she owns the new one!

Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl is hands-down a fan favorite when it comes to Penn Badgley. Well, when it comes to many things, actually. Gossip Girl is a classic teen drama loved by many! The drama follows the lives of rich Manhattan students who depend on the Gossip Girl blog to know what’s going on in their circles. No one know’s the real identity of Gossip Girl, but they go to the blog for the latest gossip on their peers. Trust me, it’s a lot better than it sounds!

In the show, Badgley stars as Dan Humphrey and is a major character, to say the least. Hey, you’re not getting any spoilers from us! If you’ve never seen the series, you’ll likely love it. Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford and others also star .

The Stepfather

Is The Stepfather an amazing movie? Definitely not. But hey, Penn Badgley stars and his character is seen throughout the movie! So there’s that.

The horror-thriller follows a man who may seem like the average guy, but he’s a psycho. Obsessed with having the perfect family, David Harris (Dylan Walsh) eliminates anyone in his family who doesn’t live up to his high standards and doesn’t think twice about it. He then moves on to another family. The Stepfather also stars Sela Ward and Amber Heard.

John Tucker Must Die

Just like The Stepfather, we can’t really say John Tucker Must Die ranks anywhere near our favorite movies list. You also can’t find it on Netflix. Oh, and it doesn’t help that Penn Badgley isn’t in this movie as much as we wish he was, but hey, it’s something!

John Tucker Must Die follows three teens who are two-timed by John Tucker (Jesse Metcalfe). The teens are determined to take Tucker down for being a player and come up with a plan to break his heart.

The Paper Store

The Paper Store is an underrated small film more people need to watch, especially fans of Penn Badgley! The drama tells the story of a former college student who works as a ghostwriter, mostly forging essays for students. The movie also stars Stef Dawson and Richard Kind.
