You season 2 starts production: See pictures of the cast

The cast and crew involved in Netflix’s You season 2 are hard at work! Check out the photos from the first table read, below.

Netflix’s You season 2 has fans giddy with excitement. And as much as we love to learn about casting additions, character descriptions, and the season starting production, there’s nothing quite like seeing photos for the first time. After all, they do say a picture is worth a thousand words, and that couldn’t be more true here!

Gotham‘s Robin Lord Taylor, Haunting of Hill House’s Victoria Pedretti, and Heathers star Adwin Brown have all been announced to be joining the upcoming second season. Now, thanks to See What’s Next, fans got to see pictures of the cast’s first table read!

In both of the photos, Penn Badgley is front and center, of course. The first image shows series newbie Victoria Pedretti, who’ll be portraying Love Quinn, Joe Goldberg’s new love interest. Don’t worry, though, history won’t repeat itself. Or at least, not exactly. Do expect many surprises, even if you read the books.

Speaking of which, be sure you read Hidden Bodies, the sequel to You: A Novel, the books the series is based on.

The second photo features Penn next to Ambyr Childers, who portrayed Candace, Joe’s “first love” who viewers presumed dead. That is until she surprisingly shows up in the final moments of season 1. What’s the reason for her comeback? What really happened between Candace and Joe? We have so many questions!
