Since landing in Paris in the first season of Emily in Paris, our girl Emily Cooper has been steadily making her way through various European locations around France and Italy in particular. But she's about to add two new countries to her passport when the Emmy Award-nominated Netflix original series returns for its sixth season—and one might be giving away a possible spoiler.

According to a new report from Variety, in addition to Emily in Paris season 6 filming in Paris as usual, the series has also booked additional filming locations in Greece and Monaco. Yes, you read that correctly. The series, and likely Emily herself, is heading to Greece! That's especially telling after the season 5 cliffhanger, which included Gabriel inviting Emily to visit him while he's away.

Emily in Paris season 6 officially being confirmed to film in Greece isn't necessarily evidence that Emily and Gabriel will be getting back together, but's we can now make a pretty decent case that no matter what actually happens, Emily seemingly accepted his invitation. After all, Emily and Gabriel appear to be the show's continued goalpost for an endgame romance, and it's getting closer.

Emily in Paris season 6 will film in Greece and Monaco

Beyond the exciting reveal that Emily in Paris season 6 will take place, at least partly, in Greece, the upcoming new season will also make the trip to Monaco. It's the show's first time filming in the country situated near the Mediterranean Sea, though they were pretty nearby when filming in Italy for the past two seasons. We don't know yet what brings Emily and the team to Monaco, but it's surely something glamorous and exciting for the company.

In late March, we learned that Emily in Paris season 6 begins filming in May 2026. Cameras are expected to begin rolling on May 11, and production will last until Sept. 30. The filming order of the locations — Paris, Greece, and Monaco — hasn't been revealed, but as soon as the cast and crew get back to work, Netflix will surely clue us in on where filming has kicked off.

Ahead of season 6 beginning production, creator Darren Star and the cast will appear at PaleyFest LA on Friday, April 10 to speak about the series and potentially share some exciting details about the new season. Lily Collins, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Lucien Laviscount, Samuel Arnold, and Bruno Gouery join Star and director Andrew Fleming for a conversation about Emily in Paris.

The entire season 5 main cast is all but certain to reprise their roles. Minnie Driver is expected to return as Princess Jane, and Eugenio Franceschini and Thalia Besson aren't likely to be back as Marcello and Geneviève. Seeing as Mindy's now engaged to Nico, Paul Forman should be back, even in spite of Mindy's obvious feelings for Alfie. Oh, the drama!
