There seems to be no shortage of action movies starring Liam Neeson, and many subscribers are eager to know if his latest thriller, The Marksman, is available to watch on Netflix.

Liam Neeson, the star of Netflix’s upcoming action thriller The Ice Road, has been everything from a Jedi to the ultimate badass Dad and the hardened veteran of the big screen shows no signs of slowing down. The newest title to add to his list of work which includes Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Taken, Unknown, Run All Night, A Monster Calls, The Grey and Honest Thief is a movie called The Marksman in which the actor had received considerable praise for his stellar performance.

The Marksman follows Neeson’s character, Jim Hansen, a former US Marine Corps Scout Sniper, and veteran of the Vietnam War. Hanson lives along the Arizona-Mexico Border and one day comes in contact with a woman and her son crossing the border. Cartel members show up, and a shootout occurs, resulting in the mother’s death forcing Hansen to protect her son and get him somewhere safe.

The film also features an exceptional cast, including Jacob Perez, Juan Pablo Raba, Teresa Ruiz, and Vikings star Katheryn Winnick. The Marksman was directed by longtime producer Robert Lorenz who worked on such heavy hitters as American Sniper, Mystic River, Changeling, Gran Torino, and more.

Is The Marksman on Netflix?

There are a lot of reasons fans should get excited to see The Marksman, but those looking to do so on Netflix should brace for the bad news that is coming their way. The film starring Liam Neeson is not available to stream on Netflix at this time.

There is a chance one day it could make it was there, but for now, subscribers will have to wait and see what the future holds for The Marksman.
