5 things we want to see in Lucifer season 5

It’s been one hell of a week, Lucifans! We finally have the official premiere date of Lucifer season 5. Aug. 21 couldn’t come sooner!

Don’t forget this season is 16 episodes and has been split into two parts. So Lucifer season 5 part 1, the first eight episodes, will drop on Netflix on Aug. 21.

The official Lucifer Twitter account was kind enough to share some of Lucifer’s most devilish moments to pump us up and announce the release date.

And because it’s been on replay on all of our devices, let’s watch it one more time:

Not only were we lucky enough to finally get a premiere date, it was officially announced that Lucifer season 6 is a go! And this one is the FINAL final season.

It seems like many of our series-long questions will be answered in season 5 and based on the episode titles, the writers will be wrapping up many storylines. So it’s going to be really interesting to see what they have in store for season 6.

Before we daydream about that season though, let’s focus on season 5. All that’s missing is the trailer. Fingers crossed we get that soon!

With all this exciting news and not having to wonder when the latest season will drop, we can now think about what we want to see in the new season.

So, here’s five things we hope to see in Lucifer season 5, starting with Lucifer and Chloe reunited. Click the “NEXT” button below!
