We hate to be the deliverer of bad news, but we must share some important information with you. This month, three beloved Netflix shows will be coming to an end with their upcoming seasons. These shows have had a great run, and we're looking forward to seeing how they wrap up. Below, we shared a list of all the Netflix shows we'll be saying goodbye to in July.

Sweet Home

Sweet Home premiered on Netflix back in December 2020 and was a smash hit. Due to its success, the streaming giant went ahead and gave the green light for two additional seasons in June 2022. The second season was released in December 2023, and now we have the third and final season set to drop on Netflix on July 19, 2024.

Based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan, Sweet Home opens with reclusive 19-year-old Cha Hyun-soo, who moves into a rundown apartment complex called Green Home Apartments after a family tragedy. However, shortly after his arrival, a mysterious phenomenon that causes people to turn into savage monsters breaks out. In order to survive the onslaught of these creatures, Hyun-soo is then forced to band together with his new neighbors.

Here's what Sweet Home season 3 is about via Netflix:

"In Season 3, the line between monster and human blurs with each passing moment and humanity grapples with the emergency of neohumans in a world on the brink of annihilation, marking the climax of the monsterization saga."

Vikings: Valhalla

Vikings: Valhalla is easily one of the best historical drama series streaming on Netflix, and it's set to come to an end with its third and final season on July 11, 2024. Acting as a sequel to Vikings, Vikings: Valhalla takes place in the early 11th century and follows the heroic adventures of legendary heroes Leif Eriksson, Freydis, and the Norwegian prince Harald Sigurdsson.

In Vikings: Valhalla season 3, seven years have passed since the events of season 2, and our heroes are in different places in their lives. While Freydis is the leader of pagan Jomsborg, Harald aspires to become the King of Norway and Leif searches for the Golden Land. Many challenges lie ahead for our favorite Vikings as they embark on one last voyage in the third and final season of Vikings: Valhalla, coming to Netflix on July 11.

Elite

Elite is one of Netflix's longest-running shows, with its upcoming eighth and final season slated to be released on July 26, 2024. It's a Spanish-language teen drama series following the lives of the students of an exclusive private high school in Spain. But it's not your typical teen drama. Each season revolves around a central crime or mystery, with twists and turns that'll keep you on the edge of your seat.

In Elite season 8, graduation nears for many of the students at Las Encinas, and one last mystery is left to be solved. This season is said to be full of secrets, rivalries, and corruption, so you definitely don't want to miss it.

Here's the official synopsis for season 8 via Netflix:

"The arrival of siblings Emilia and Héctor Krawietz, leaders of Las Encinas alumni association, shake the school foundations. Influential, powerful, corrupt and corrupters, the Krawietz will scatter chaos wherever they go and will destroy the lives of those who fall prey to them. Only Omar will be able to face them and will be willing to do anything to see them fall, because in the end, they represent everything that has always been wrong in Las Encinas. "
