MGM+'s From is one of the best-kept TV secrets of the last few years, but its arrival on Netflix just in time for Halloween is already giving the series quite the boost.
Since the first three seasons were released on Netflix, From has been on the Netflix Top 10. Currently, it's hovering around the top spot, along with Nobody Wants This season 3, Love is Blind season 11 and The Diplomat season 4. As more and more fans binge-watch the first three seasons on Netflix, and venture to MGM+ for season 4, From fans are in need of a few more TV shows to watch next.
From tells the story of the residents of a small town who are basically trapped and surrounded by monsters. The sheriff, Boyd Stevens, played by Harold Perrineau, uses his skills from his past to try to keep the townsfolk safe.
There aren't many shows like, or as good as, From, but I was able to find three Netflix shows that From fans will definitely want to check out next.

Below
Below is the new Canadian Netflix original series that premiered on Oct. 8, 2026. It's basically brand-new, so there's a good chance you haven't seen this series yet.
Josh Hartnett stars in Below as Calvin Penney, an iceberg hunter in a small community called Snook's Arm in Newfoundland. When a rogue iceberg floats into town, a sea monster begins to torment people in town. Calvin, and others in the community, must work together to keep everyone safe. At first glance, the series seems like a straight sea monster story, but that's far from the truth. There's a lot more at play than it seems at the start of the series.
Below has a great cast that includes Mackenzie Davis, Ruby Stokes, Charlie Heaton, Willow Keane, Rohan Campbell, and Kaleb Horn.
So far, Below has been a massive hit on Netflix. It's easily going to be the biggest show of the fall. As things stand, there are no plans for a second season on Netflix, but with the huge ratings Below is posting week after week, there's definitely going to be interest in another season from fans of the series.

Midnight Mass
You can make a modern horror TV recommendations list without including at least one show from Mike Flanagan. Midnight Mass is the show that feels the most like From.
The series premiered on Netflix in 2022 and tells the story of the inhabitants of a remote island off the coast of the Western US. When a mysterious priest, Father Paul Hill (Hamish Linklater) arrives and miracles start happening, some of the people in town, including Sheriff Hassan (Rahul Kohli), Riley (Zach Gilford), and Erin (Kate Siegel), start to get suspicious about what's really going on.
Midnight Mass has an absolutely stacked cast led by Linklater, Kohli, Gilford, and Siegel, along with Samantha Sloyan, Kristin Lehman, Igby Rigney, Annabeth Gish, and more.
There's only one season of Midnight Mass streaming on Netflix, and it's a must-watch for From fans. The series feels so similar at times with the distrust among community members, the inability to leave easily, and, well, some other things, too, that I'm not going to spoil.

Stranger Things
Last but not least, I had to go with a little show called Stranger Things! I know that most people have seen Stranger Things by now, but this show is also the perfect series to rewatch, too. The early seasons are as good as anything Netflix has released in a decade, even if the later seasons start to slip a bit.
For those who don't know, the series was created by Matt and Ross Duffer. It premiered on Netflix way back in 2016. The story follows a group of kids in Hawkins, Indiana, in 1983 who try to find their missing friend after he's taken into another dimension by a monster. That's where the story begins.
Again, there are some big similarities between From and Stranger Things just from the size of the community, the law enforcement angle, distrust among the members of community, and of course, the monsters.
It's so interesting, too, because From fans really like to speculate about what's happening and come up with elaborate theories to explain what's happening. It reminds of the same thing that happened with Stranger Things on a much smaller scale, of course.
You can watch all five seasons of Stranger Things on Netflix right now.
Those are the three Netflix shows to watch after you finish From! If it were up to me, I'd watch the shows in this order: Below, just because it's new, Midnight Mass, and Stranger Things. I watched Midnight Mass and Stranger Things this time last year, and both were great!
