Manifest season 4 part 2: When could the final episodes of Manifest arrive?

The new season of Manifest might have only just arrived on Netflix on Nov. 4, but fans are already looking ahead to what’s next with questions arising regarding the possible release date for Manifest season 4 part 2. And we honestly can’t blame them.

Without saying too much, let’s just say that Manifest season 4 part 1 ended with a series of cliffhangers that left us speechless, in shock, and with way more questions than we had going into the season.

We shouldn’t be surprised that the first part of the season ended with so many cliffhangers as Manifest has a history of capping its seasons off with bold finales that leave fans reeling. Just look at how season 3 ended as a prime example.

The good news is that another batch of episodes will be coming soon to Netlfix as Manifest season 4 is set to consist of 20 episodes, broken up into two batches. The bad news is that we don’t anticipate Manifest season 4 part 2 will be coming as soon as fans might hope.

Is Manifest season 4 part 2 coming in 2022?

To quickly clear up any confusion, Manifest season 4 part 2 is not coming in 2022. This shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise given that part 1 was released on Nov. 4 and Netflix rarely releases two parts of a split-season show within the same month or back-to-back months.

Instead of bringing fans the second half of season 4 in 2022, Netflix will instead be releasing the second part of the season sometime in 2023.

When could Manifest season 4 part 2 release on Netflix?

At this time, Netflix has not confirmed when exactly Manifest season 4 part 2 will be released but we have a pretty good idea of when the streamer might look to release part 2 — at least if they take a similar approach to the release strategy for part 1.

From the moment Netflix stepped in to save Manifest, the streamer has been strategically using dates with strong connections to the show in its promotional strategy.

It was on Aug. 28, 2021, that Netflix renewed Manifest for a fourth and final season, and on Aug. 28, 2022, that Netflix announced the release date for Manifest season 4 part 1 and released our first teaser from the season. Finally, Manifest season 4 part 1 arrived on Nov. 4, which is the day Flight 828 returned five more than five years after going missing.

Should Netflix continue to use dates connected to the show, it’s highly likely Manifest season 4 part 2 will be released on Friday, April 7, 2023. The date’s significance? April 7 was the day Flight 828 went missing after leaving Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Releasing Manifest season 4 part 2 would put a few months between the batches of episodes, allow Netflix to once again release new episodes on a date with a strong connection to the show, and it just so happens that the date falls on a Friday which is when Netflix tends to release most of its bigger series.

Plus, April tends to be a bigger month for Netflix and Manifest would definitely be a perfect release for its spring programming slate.
