New Christmas movies on Netflix November 2022

Although for some the official kick-off to the holiday season hasn’t quite started, Netflix isn’t wasting any time in spreading holiday cheer. The streaming service will be releasing a number of new Christmas movies ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday in November 2022.

While this year’s slate of new Christmas movies coming in November isn’t as extensive as last year’s, there’s lots to love. Lindsay Lohan, Chord Overstreet, Aimee Garcia, Freddie Prinze Jr., and Justin Hartley are just some of the stars we’ll spending the holidays with this year.

Falling for Christmas

Release Date: Nov. 10

Lindsay Lohan makes her triumphant return to acting in the Netflix original Christmas movie Falling for Christmas. In the holiday romantic comedy, Lohan plays a hotel heiress who falls into a bout of amnesia after a skiing accident. She ends up in the care of a handsome lodge owner, played by Glee star Chord Overstreet, and a new romance soon blossoms.

Christmas with You

Release Date: Nov. 17

Lucifer star Aimee Garcia teams up with Freddie Prinze Jr. for the new Christmas movie Christmas with You, another Netflix original rom-com. The film centers on a pop star dropping by a small town to grant a fan’s wish, but her side trip to the small town reinvigorates her musical inspiration and provides her an opportunity to fall in love.

The Noel Diary

Release Date: Nov. 24

Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, The Noel Diary stars This Is Us star Justin Hartley as Jake Turner, an author who returns home and discovers an old diary that gives him insight into this past. While back at home, Jake also just might find love with Rachel (Barrett Doss), who joins him on the journey through their pasts that could lead to a future.
