The end of Ozark has arrived, but that doesn’t mean the Emmy-winning series hasn’t stopped making us ask questions. Ozark season 4 part 2 delivered the final seven episodes of the series into our watch lists on April 29, and there’s still so much to unpack.
In the final chapter of the hit Netflix original series, the Byrdes and Ruth’s vicious cycle reaches its final act, and it all comes down to this. We finally get to see how the story ends and who will come out winners and losers — and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
Since the beginning of the series, Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy’s (Laura Linney) kids, Charlotta (Sofia Hublitz) and Jonah (Skylar Gaertner), have been a huge part of their family’s operations. They have often engaged it business well above their age.
But how old are the Byrde kids in Ozark season 4 part 2? It’s a question you continue to find yourself asking as you watch the final season, especially when you see Charlotte and Jonah’s stories unfold. We share their ages in season part 2 below.
Charlotte and Jonah age in Ozark season 4 part 2
Although it’s rather vague exactly how old Charlotte and Jonah are, there’s a scene in Ozark season 4 part 2 where Wendy mentions that Jonah is 15. Wendy’s known to lie, but we tend to believe her on the ages of her children. Jonah also hints at having homework (though we never see him do it).
As for Charlotte, her age is a bit more ambiguous. In past episodes, the oldest Byrde child attempted to emancipate herself from her parents, which we don’t necessarily blame her for. She ultimately didn’t end up legally removing herself from her parents.
Ozark season 4 part 2 finds Charlotte nearing 18 years old and becoming an adult in her own right. It would be interesting to know what she decides to do with her future, whether it’s leaving her family and their choices behind or sticking by her parents and their life of crime.
There you have it! Charlotte and Jonah are still teenagers, even though they don’t really seem like normal teens. Catch them in the final episodes of Ozark, now on Netflix.
