How many episodes is Ozark season 4 part 2?
Ozark is coming to an end in just a few short days, and fans of the addicting crime thriller are in for another wild ride with the Byrdes. The fourth and final season is split into two parts, with the first seven episodes coming out in Jan. 2022 and the rest releasing this Friday, April 29. The show premiered back in 2017 and received critical acclaim, including multiple Emmy Award wins. It’s been a staple watch for Netflix users, and we can’t believe it’s about to be all over!
Spoilers ahead for Ozark season 4 part 1.
Last we left off with Ozark season 4 part 1, we got a major cliffhanger as Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner) discovered that it was Mexican cartel member Javi Elizondro (Alfonso Herrera) who shot and killed her cousin Wyatt (Charlie Tahan) and his wife Darlene (Lisa Emery). Of course, many would argue that Darlene had it coming considering everything she’d done throughout the series, but Wyatt was innocent! It was understandably a huge blow for Ruth, who now wants to kill Javi.
There’s so much riding on Ozark season 4 part 2, so prepare to have an epic binge-session this weekend!
Ozark season 4 part 2 episode count
Just like with Ozark season 4 part 1, Ozark season 4 part 2 contains seven episodes. It was announced in June 2020 that the final season would be “supersized” with 14 episodes total split down the middle for two releases. Previous seasons of the drama had 10 episodes each.
The episode titles for part 2 have not been revealed yet, but the exciting news is that we know Laura Linney directed episode 4, and Jason Bateman directed episode 7, the series finale.
