What’s great about Netflix is that it caters to whatever mood you may find yourself in, and sometimes the mood we find ourselves is to binge-watch the many hilarious animated TV series currently available to stream. But if you’re struggling to navigate Netflix’s bountiful library of content, then we’ve got the right guide for you.

Below we’ve listed our favorite animated shows that we guarantee will have you in fits of giggles, but fair warning, these shows aren’t for kids so maybe put these on once they’re off to bed.

1. Inside Job

Synopsis: “For employees of the Deep State, conspiracies aren’t just theories, they’re fact. And keeping them a secret is a full-time job.”

Episode Count: Currently, there are 10 episodes available to stream on Netflix. But another 10 have episodes have been ordered by the streamer and are scheduled to be released in late 2022.

Rating: IMDb – 7.7/10, Rotten Tomatoes – 89%

2. Adventure Beast

Synopsis: “A brave zoologist, his spunky niece, and anxious assistant explore the world while saving wild beasts in this adult animated educational-comedy series.”

Episode Count: At the moment, there are 12 episodes available to binge through on Netflix, however, with the major cliffhanger at the end of season 1, and with real-life wild-life expert Bradley Trevor Greive teasing “book two,” we’re hoping Netflix will green-light a season 2 soon.

3. Disenchantment

Synopsis: “Princess Tiabeanie, ‘Bean’, is annoyed at her imminent arranged marriage to Prince Merkimer. Then she meets Luci, a demon, and Elfo, an elf, and things get rather exciting, and dangerous.”

Episode Count: Currently, there are 30 episodes in the series. However, as season 4 is scheduled to release in 2022, an additional 10 episodes will be available to stream later this year.

Rating: IMDb 7.2/10, Rotten Tomatoes – 72%

4. Tuca and Bertie

Synopsis: “The story of two 30-year old bird-women who live in the same apartment building.”

Episode Count: Technically there are 20 episodes, but after Netflix canceled the epically hilarious series after season 1, only 10 episodes are available to stream on Netflix. However, with Adult Swim sweeping in to save the comedy series, another 10 episodes were released by them in 2021.

5. Love Death + Robots

Synopsis: “A collection of animated short stories that span various genres including science fiction, fantasy, horror, and comedy.”

Episode Count: There are 26 episodes available for you to binge through on Netflix now.
