In Stranger Things season 3, the Byers finally move from Hawkins, Indiana. After three full seasons of this supernatural stuff happening to them, who could possibly blame them?

Joyce, Will, and Jonathan pack up the U-Haul and drive off to sunnier days. Eleven joins the Byers fam after Hopper “died” in the Russian base below the Starcourt Mall. We know that Hopper is not actually dead, but because Eleven lost her powers and is unable to travel the void, no one knows that Hopper is still alive.

Where the Byers and Eleven move in Stranger Things season 4 was the topic of much conversation post-season 3.

Now, thanks to Netflix, we know where the Byers moved to in Stranger Things season 4.

Where did the Byers move in Stranger Things season 4?

On Stranger Things Day 2021, Netflix revealed the new home of the Byers and Eleven is somewhere in Southern California in the new Stranger Things season 4 teaser trailer.

We shared the trailer below! There’s so much to see!

There was some chatter that the Byers could be moving to New Mexico (where part of season 4 was filmed) or Kansas (the with the Wizard of Oz reference in the season 4 “We’re not in Hawkins anymore” tag).

Obviously, California is a much better place for Stranger Things season 4, and it looks like we’re going to see a lot of action out West. There were some major gunfights and explosions in that teaser trailer. Did Eleven get her powers back? It looks like it in the last clip!

I can’t wait to see what’s next for the Byers and Eleven.

We also learned the Stranger Things season 4 episode titles. It was revealed Stranger Things season 4 is coming in the summer of 2022.
