Who is Noel Aroma in On My Block season 4?

Noel is a billionaire tech mogul in On My Block. We find out in episode 7 of season 4 that he’s basically Jamal’s idol. But the season finale is when we actually meet Noel.

At the end of episode 10, Jamal chases Kendra down in the parking lot, but then Kendra jumps into an all-black escalade that had been following Jamal around all season. While Jamal is pleading with Kendra’s captor, a man hops out of the car, and Jamal realizes that it’s Noel.

It’s revealed by Kendra that Noel had been stalking Jamal because he was trying to recruit him for a job at his company. Kendra reveals that she’s the lead intern at Noel’s company. Jamal accepts Noel’s job offer and decides that he will skip out on college and work for Noel. Jamal realizes that he now has a purpose, like Abuelita said.
