When it comes to Netflix shows, there’s nothing like a quick binge that doesn’t take much more time than a weekend. This summer, the streamer released its latest miniseries that’s still showing its staying power in the top 10. Clickbait will keep you guessing to the final reveal, which obviously makes it one of the best mystery shows you can add to your watch list.

Adrian Grenier stars in Clickbait as Nick Brewer, a husband and father who disappears without a trace until an online video reveals he’s been kidnapped and beaten. In the video, he holds a sign that implies he abuses women and when the video hits 5 million views, he will be killed. Nick’s sister Pia (Zoe Kazan) and wife Sophie (Betty Gabriel) race to rescue him and learn shocking secrets along the way.

Although Clickbait earned middling reviews from critics, the eight-episode miniseries proved popular with viewers looking for a good mystery-thriller to escape into. It’s unlikely that Clickbait will return for season 2, but in light of the show’s success, you never know what could happen. Even if there isn’t more, you can’t go wrong with watching this head-spinning mystery series on Netflix.
