We really hate to see Man with a Plan leaving Netflix in September 2021. It was nice to watch Matt LeBlanc take on a different role than his most notable role as Joey Tribbiani in Friends. Now we have to add the comedy sitcom to the “television shows leaving Netflix in September” list. Man with a Plan, say hello to Star Trek.

When Man with a Plan was canceled by CBS in May 2020, fans were hoping for the show’s revival on another network or streaming platform. Fans became more hopeful when the sitcom’s four seasons were unexpectedly released on Netflix on Sept. 30, 2020.

Since Netflix acquired licensing rights to Man with a Plan from CBS, many people thought there was a chance for a season 5 renewal. However, after a failed attempt to get the sitcom picked up and renewed by Netflix, it was pretty much a done deal.

It isn’t surprising that the comedy sitcom will be leaving the streamer in September. Most CBS licensed TV shows leave Netflix a year after they’re released on the streamer. With such little time left to binge-watch the sitcom, we’ll let you know the exact day Man with a Plan will be leaving Netflix.

When is the last day to watch Man with a Plan on Netflix?

The comedy sitcom is slated to leave Netflix on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021. Unfortunately, this means that the last day to watch all four seasons of Man with a Plan is Sept. 29. However, you can probably watch all four seasons by the departure date if you stay consistent. Each episode is between 19-21 minutes, so you should be able to get through them quickly.

Will Man with a Plan return to Netflix?

It’s not likely that the TV show will come back to Netflix. Since Man with a Plan is owned by ViacomCBS and ViacomCBS owns Paramount+, it makes sense for the sitcom to be exclusively streaming on Paramount+.

In fact, you can currently watch all four seasons of the show on Paramount+. It’s going to be a sad day on Sept. 30, but we have to think of positive things. Remember, we have a huge lineup of new Netflix movies and shows coming in September 2021. So get ready to have a busy September!
