HBO Max hasn’t announced the official time that the Friends Reunion will be available to stream. It will likely be released at 12:01 a.m. PT. HBO Max always adds news shows and movies at that time. Unfortunately, that means those on the East Coast will have to stay up until after 3 a.m. ET to watch the special.

There’s a chance we could see a more Primetime release of sorts for the Friends Reunion. That would be a better way to release the special, so everyone can tune in at the same time. There are problems with that, though. I remember when new Game of Thrones episodes would be released on HBO’s streaming platforms and they would crash because of the number of people trying to watch. Hopefully, that won’t happen with the Friends Reunion.
