What’s next in Outer Banks season 3?

Will the Pogues get the treasure in Outer Banks season 3?
This is one of the big questions heading into Outer Banks season 3, and obviously, the answer is probably going to be NO. Why? Well, we’ve seen the first two seasons, and each time the Pogues have come close to getting the gold or the Cross, they’ve had things go wrong for them.
I’m assuming more things like that will be happening in season 3. Perhaps, they will find some new treasure and use it as a bargaining chip.
We’ve known since season 1 that the creators have a four or five-season plan for Outer Banks. While they might not win in the interim, you have to remember that they have each other. As long they win in the end, I’ll be happy!
You know they are coming for the gold and the Cross in season 3, though. It’s not over.
Will the Pogues or Limbrey find the shroud in Outer Banks season 3?
I think this is much more likely the Pogues will find the shroud than the gold or the Cross in season 3. Both of those things are already under Ward’s protection. It’s going to take a herculean effort and a very, very well-planned heist to get those back.
Now, the shroud is still up for grabs, though. Big John tells Limbrey that he knows where it is, and that could be the next hunt for the Pogues. There is a lot more to this mystery that has yet to become known. I think there’s more treasure out there, too, and it won’t be long until John B learns about it.
