Shows and movies on Netflix: Thunder Force

Need a movie that is set to make you laugh? Netflix has an original coming up that you are not going to want to miss. Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer are teaming up to bring Thunder Force.

The two iconic women play best friends who team up to save the world from various threats. It all starts with one of them creating a formula that will give people superpowers. And so, she shares the formula with her best friend and the two become crime-fighting duos.

Along the way, someone is sure to get wind of the formula. That’s not going to stay secret and unwanted for too long.

It’s everything you’d expect from a McCarthy/Spencer team up. The best thing is that it’s something the majority of the family can enjoy together.

Check out Thunder Force on Friday, April 9.

Shows and movies on Netflix: The Wedding Coach

Fed up with all the reality shows that focus on the “perfect wedding.” There are a lot of shows like that. They bring you the dream weddings or show off the end product without really looking at all the stress that comes to planning this big day. The Wedding Coach is offering something different.

This series focuses on the wedding stress. Yes, wedding stress is 100% real. There are all these expectations for this one (way too expensive) day, with everyone feeling like they have a say in what your day should be.

Comedian Jamie Lee is helping couples achieve their day, but making it clear that the “perfect day” simply doesn’t exist. She will help to bring the laughter and be a Fairy Godmother when needed though.

For those who loved Marriage or Mortgage last month, you’ll want to check out The Wedding Coach this month.

The Wedding Coach is on Netflix on Wednesday, April 7.
