What you need to know about The Flash season 7 release date and more

It’s never been a better time to be a Flash fan as there is an exciting feature film in the works and the long-running CW series has never been better. After six glorious seasons, which are a big hit with subscribers on Netflix, many are wondering what the deal is with The Flash season 7.

The show’s season premiere was one of the most-watched in CW history and won the “Favorite New Drama” honor at the People’s Choice Awards. Since then The Flash has been an all-out thrill ride featuring a spectacular comic book inspired narrative as well as tons of amazing characters making their live-action debut. The Flash season 7 was originally scheduled to air on Feb. 23, 2021. But, that’s not happening.

For some reason, The CW bumped The Flash season 7 premiere to Tuesday, March 2.

Who is in The Flash season 7 cast?

As far as the cast goes for The Flash season 7, Grant Gustin who plays the titular character aka Barry Allen, will be back in play as well as his character’s wife Iris Allen-West played by Candice Patton. Carlos Valdes will return as Cisco Ramon and Danielle Panabaker will be back as Caitlin Snow.

Tom Cavanagh who perfectly portrays Nash Wells is set to come back and Efrat Dor will be playing the notorious villain Mirror Master. Jesse L. Martin, Hartley Sawyer, Cecile Horton, Kayla Compton, Brandon McKnight, are among the many other talented individuals that will be in the lineup for The Flash season 7.

"Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) lived a normal life as a perpetually tardy C.S.I. in the Central City Police Department. Barry’s life changed forever when the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, creating a dark-matter lightning storm that struck Barry, bestowing him with superspeed and making him the fastest man alive — The Flash. After a thrilling cliffhanger last season which saw the new Mirror Master (Efrat Dor) victorious and still-at-large in Central City, The Flash must regroup in order to stop her and find a way to make contact with his missing wife, Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton).With help from the rest of Team Flash, which includes superheroes Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), Ralph Dibny (Hartley Sawyer), and Nash Wells (Tom Cavanagh), as well as the Flash’s adoptive father Joe West (Jesse L.
