We shared a list of 5 spinoffs of The Office that we want to see

The Office is one of the most popular shows on Netflix right now, which means it’s probably the most popular shows in the world. And, it’s almost been a decade since the show ended on NBC.

Unfortunately, The Office is leaving Netflix for NBC’s new streaming service, Peacock, at the end of 2020, and you only have about six months left to watch all those episodes on Netflix.

Recently, news broke that Leslie David Baker, who stars as Stanley in The Office, was raising money to make a Stanley spinoff of The Office. It’s an amazing idea!

After hearing this news, I started thinking about some Office spinoffs I’d like to see on Netflix or Peacock, and I shared those below!

The Office Spinoff – Uncle Stan: Coming Out of Retirement

Of course, this has to go first! This is Leslie David Baker’s idea for the Stanley spinoff.

According to a report from Shadow and Act, the actor posted a series of videos in character as Stanley Hudson to drum up support for the Kickstarter and raise money to make this spinoff happen.

In the spinoff, Stanley comes out of retirement to help out his family in California. Unfortunately, things don’t go so well!

Here’s the official synopsis, via Kickstarter:

"After enjoying his retirement in Florida, carving wood, enjoying the white sand beaches, and dancing to old disco, Uncle Stan (Leslie David Baker) gets a call from his nephew Lucky in Los Angeles asking for help with his two kids and running his motorcycle/flower shop. With his business failing, his kids growing up without enough attention, and on the brink of losing his patience with the cast of characters he has working in the shop, Lucky is going to need all the help he can get from no-nonsense Uncle Stan."

I couldn’t be more for this spinoff! It’s a perfect idea and perfect concept to work, and I’m really hoping that it happens.

If you want to see it happen, you should consider helping out the Kickstarter campaign!
