Netflix has sure changed a lot over the past several years. And, if you ask me, it has all been for the better. Make no mistake, the journey hasn’t been easy. Netflix has been through a lot, from abrupt cancellations to facing its most fierce competition yet. Still, the streaming giant arguably remains the best in the game.

Just recently, in fact, TV Time revealed the 20 most-watched streaming shows and 19 out of the 20 are all on Netflix. That’s saying something. and the best is yet to come!

The year 2020 will feature Netflix up against a more established service in Apple TV Plus. The latest streaming outlet only recently made its debut, but it will be rolling out new shows (and seasons) come 2020. The same can be said for Disney Plus, which, to its advantage, at least premiered with more content than Apple TV Plus.

Let’s also not forget about HBO Max’s upcoming debut, as well as NBC’s Peacock. I’m willing to bet there will be others that will surprise us in 2020. However, we’re loyal to Netflix here at Netflix Life, and that’s because the streaming giant makes it so easy to love it when it continues to premiere captivating and fun content.

The year 2020 promises to be one of the best years for Netflix, featuring new shows that include Into the Night and Selena: The Series, as well as new seasons to some of their most popular shows such as The Politician and Dead to Me. Which show are you most looking forward to?
