The Jungle Book is an animated movie adapted from the classic novel written by Rudyard Kipling of the same name.
The film is about a boy named Mowgli, who grows up in the wilds of India. Bagheera entrusts Mowgli’s safety to Baloo, a bear, as Mowgli is being hunted by Shere Khan, a tiger who hates humans. He wants to kill Mowgli, and the other animals are trying to keep him safe.
The songs in this movie are especially great. My favorite is when Baloo sings “Bear Necessities” as Baloo and Mowgli trek through the jungle living a great life.
Things take a turn for the worse when Shere Khan finds Mowgli. Baloo has to keep the Tiger from getting his paws on him. Even though the story is a little dark, Baloo’s antics in thwarting Shere Khan is hilarious and entertaining.
The Jungle Book is another timeless classic that is worth watching over and over. The songs are great, and the antics of the animal characters will make you laugh. It is a great adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s novel.
