Netflix is set to launch Fractured on Oct. 11 as part of its Halloween releases for Netflix and Chills. The thriller was directed by Brad Anderson, best known for his work on The Machinist, Session 9, The Call, and the TV series, Fringe.

The feature film centers on a father, Ray (Worthington), who takes his young daughter to the emergency room after she suffers from an accident. His wife (Rabe) goes back with their daughter as the girl is being treated but when Ray asks for an update, the hospital has no history of them being admitted. The confusion leads Ray to solve a mystery centering on the disappearance of his wife and daughter. The unexplained events will also be a test of time as Ray must figure out what’s really going on until it’s too late.

Fractured will be full of wild twist and turns to make for suitable option during the spooky fall season. The project has been in development since late 2018 and will be one of Netflix’s headlining titles on their October premiere list. The movie is debuting at Fantastic Fest a few weeks prior to its wider release.
