Riverdale season 4 premiere set for October 2019

The Riverdale season 4 premiere is set for this fall! The CW announced Riverdale season 4 will premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019.

We only have a few more months until Riverdale season 4 premieres on The CW and Netflix (Non-US). The CW announced the full list of premiere dates for their shows, and the Riverdale season 4 premiere is set for Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, according to a report from Deadline.

The series keeps its time slot for season 4. It’s one of the best-performing shows in Wednesday’s 8 p.m. slot, so why would The CW change it up?

US viewers can watch the season premiere on Oct. 9 on The CW. Netflix viewers outside of the US can watch the new series starting on Oct. 10. New episodes of the series are added to Netflix one day after their air on The CW. This only applies to Netflix outside of the US, though.

Riverdale season 4 is the most hyped seasons of this series so far. The show has never been more popular, and the finale for the third season raised some big questions about the new season.

The new season kicks off Senior year for many of our favorite characters, including Betty, Jughead, Veronica and Archie. The third season finale gave us an intriguing look ahead to spring break of senior year, and I don’t know how excited I am to see what’s to come. It looks pretty dark!

The CW has not announced the episode count for the new season, but we’re assuming the new season will be 22 episodes like the second and third season. That’s good news for fans of the show who like to watch a lot of episodes.

Assuming the series follows a similar schedule as season 3, Riverdale season 4 finale will air on The CW in mid-May 2020. The full season, then, will be added to Netflix US eight days after the finale airs. Fans can expect to binge-watch the full season on Netflix US around the end of May 2020.

Riverdale remains one of the best TV shows on Netflix. All three seasons of the series are on the streaming service right now, and we highly recommend you get caught up before the season 4 premiere this fall.

There was some talk that the series would be leaving Netflix, but don’t worry! This series will be on Netflix for the next several years at least.
