The Stranger Things 3 trailer is here! There is so much to love in the three-minute trailer, but there’s so much to breakdown. If you don’t want to go through the trailer clip-by-clip, check out our list of the six things you might have missed in the Stranger Things 3 trailer.

The way the trailer is cut together, there are so many little, split-second clips. It’s easy to miss them if you don’t slow the trailer way down and really look closely at those clips.

Below, we’ve shared a few things you might have missed in the Stranger Things trailer starting with the brief appearance of Erica Sinclair, aka Lucas’s little sister.

Erica on a mission

Erica Sinclair is on a mission in the new trailer. She’s crawling through what looks like a vent. She’s wearing a helmet with a flashlight attached to it, and she looks like she is doing something important.

Priah Ferguson, who plays Erica in the series, has been bumped up to a recurring role in Stranger Things 3 from a guest role in Stranger Things 2. That’s a big deal, and that means we’re going to be seeing a lot more of Erica in the third season.

We also learned, at the time, that Erica is going to get into some trouble in the new season. As it turns out, the young Sinclairs have a lot of courage, and Erica is going to try to save Hawkins from another threat. That’s a big move!

What is Erica doing? Where is she? Where is she going? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but I’m already anxious about what’s to come in Stranger Things 3. It’s really too bad we have to think about this for the next three months!
