Ranking the best characters from Dunder Mifflin and the rest of the gang from The Office.

The Office ranks in the top-10 in our list of the 50 best TV shows on Netflix and is No. 1 on our list of the 50 best TV comedies on Netflix so it only made sense to honor the great ensemble cast from the NBC series with their own character rankings.

More from TV

For nine seasons, the employees at Dunder Mifflin, a small paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania, entertained us with their deadpan humor and outrageous office pranks and humor. The mockumentary-style show had far greater commercial and critical success than the original series from the U.K. from Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.

Greg Daniels adapted it for American television and after countless Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations and wins later, including the 2006 win for Outstanding Comedy Series and launching the careers of Steve Carell, John Krasinski, Ed Helms, Rainn Wilson and others, the rest is television history.

On a show with so many diverse characters, everyone had their favorite, but who tops the list on our list of the best characters from The Office?

We ranked the top 25, but minor characters like Charles Miner, Deangelo Vickers, Nellie Bertram, Jo Bennett, Robert California, Mose, Pete and Clark did not make the cut, so this is their honorable mention. Charles was close, but he did fire Michael after all. Deangelo would have made the cut if he was a better host of The Dundies and could dunk a basketball.

So without further, let’s unveil the rankings, beginning with Bob Vance from Vance Refrigeration.
