As You Stood By
- Release date: Nov. 7
Netflix has continued to dominate the K-Drama scene this year. Seriously, we have no complaints! And with the upcoming release of As You Stood By, the streamer is proving again that it knows how to deliver intense, binge-worthy shows
In this limited series, two women are forced to confront dark secrets and past traumas. Together, they make a daring and dangerous choice to escape their oppressive realities. But when an unexpected visitor appears, their carefully laid plans begin to unravel.
Frankstein
- Release date: Nov. 7
Frankenstein is one of the most highly anticipated Netflix movies of this year. Under the direction of Guillermo del Toro, this sweeping reimagining of Mary Shelley’s classic explores the story of Victor Frankenstein, a gifted but ambitious scientist, the sentient Creature he creates, and the devastating consequences that follow when human ambition clashes with the forces of life and morality. Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, and Christoph Waltz star in this gothic sci-fi film.
A Merry Little Ex-Mas
- Release date: Nov. 12
Every year around this time, Netflix starts dropping its holiday content. One of the Christmas movies set to be released this month is A Merry Little Ex-Mas. The film follows freshly divorced Kate (Alicia Silverstone), who hopes for one last perfect family Christmas before turning the page on her life. But her festive plans take a comical turn when her ex-husband Everett (Oliver Hudson) suddenly shows up with his younger, high-powered new girlfriend.
Stranger Things season 5, volume 1
- Release date: Nov. 26
After a painfully long wait, the Stranger Things season 5 premiere is almost here. Everyone's been waiting on this hit sci-fi series to return, and it finally will at the end of November. The first batch of episodes will be released, taking us back to the eerie town of Hawkins, where supernatural mysteries await.
The fifth and final season takes place in the fall of 1987, and follows our favorite group of teen heroes as they work together to hunt down the terrifying Vecna. However, it won't be the easiest mission. Vecna is nowhere to be found, and the military’s arrival in Hawkins only complicates things further. Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, and many others return.
