Its time to see what was scoring the most views last week on Netflix. TUDUM has been updated and we can reveal below the top five most watched movies and shows in the week to May 5. As usual it is an eclectic pair of lists with several new entries.
On the movie list, old favorites return to our screens as we also see another of the popular murder documentary movies arrive. The top five though offers plenty of action two with a couple of hard hitting films. Look out also for two that are all about grabbing a quick bite!
There's no surprise to see a witty comedy on the list, those are always popular. But Netflix live events continue to prove their value to the platform too. The top five shows list is also where we have some past favorites bringing in viewers and a new series that may be in its final top five week. Will it be there again next week? We’ll have to wait and see.

5 - Twilight
Time to go back to 2008 and relive the Twilight sagas. Kirsten Stewart and Robert Pattinson in the first of the romantic, thrilling vampire stories. The movies are all based on the Stephenie Meyers novels. You know what you are going to get and the movie delivers all that extremely well.
4 - Havoc
The all action thriller drops from the top spot, but still notches up 9.1 million viewers. It’s full of shoot outs, blood, and plenty of long action scenes. Tom Hardy leads the way in a strong cast. Worth watching if that’s your sort of movie.
3 - A Deadly American Marriage
Another documentary style movie as we get closer to the story of the killing of Jason Corbett in 2015. His wife, Molly Martens, and her father Thomas Martens, claim they killed Corbett in self-defense. They were found guilty at trial but that was overturned, though they were later charged with voluntary manslaughter. You can see it’s a complex story, This movie explores more about what actually happened.
2 - Inside Man: Most Wanted
The 2019 movie makes an appearance on the top five. It’s a follow up to the original which featured David Tennant and Stanley Tucci, though they aren’t in this edition. Bank robbers, the Federal Reserve, Nazi gold, the FBI and the NYPD all form part of the plot. Don't get too wrapped up in the storyline and the details though, you may find a few holes. Instead just enjoy the entertainment as it unfolds.
1 - Nonnas
Vice Vaughan leads the cast on this lovely story based on true events. We all know that good, hearty family food can do wonders, so a restaurant with grandmothers as the cooks has to be good, right? It’ll keep you entertained as a movie and probably leave you hungry too!

5 - Ransom Canyon
The stories of the three ranching families continues its top five run. This might be the last week there though, as time is catching up and viewers are moving on to other shows. Last week’s 2.5 million views keep it in place, for now anyway.
4 - Raw:2025 - May 5
Neflix continue tomshow that there is a place for live screened events on its platform. The latest WWE Raw show is still drawing in the viewers after April’s Wrestlemania. This show broadcast last week brought the exciting bouts from Omaha to our screens.
3 - FOREVER
This teen drama is based on the book by Judy Blume. It is new out as a series with a first season arriving on May 8 on Netflix. Highly rated, it could be set for a long run. Lovie Simone and Michael Cooper Jr. star as the two love struck athletes.
2 - You: Season 5
Season five continues to please. Viewers may get an extra attraction as this is the final season of the long running series. Joe Goldberg, played by Penn Badgeley, is back in New York. Get set for more psychological thrills mixed with well worked satire.
1 - The Four Seasons
A econd week in the top five after its recent release. A second week at number one too and by a long way with seven million more viewers than You. It’s heartwarming and funny, in a witty and charming way. But that's mixed in with the ups and downs of life for the four featured couples.
