Imagine being placed in a situation where you and ten strangers are given a prize pot of $250,000 to split evenly...or you can decide to vote each other off to get more money as the number of people sharing the cash drops. What would you choose? That's the concept behind Netflix's first big new reality television series of 2024 and having watched several episodes, I think The Trust: A Game of Greed is about to become a hit for the streaming service.

It has everything you could possibly want in a reality show: drama, cattiness, big personalities, surprisingly heartwarming moments, and did I mention drama? Because there's plenty of it. For now, the first four episodes are available to watch, with the remaining episodes dropping weekly on Wednesdays.

The rules of the game are simple, deceptively so. Eleven strangers live together and can choose to keep everyone in the house to split the money or to anonymously vote others out of the house. There is a lot of discussion about who "deserves" to be there and if you step on someone's toes, it could mean the end of your time in the house since just one vote can spell doom.

You're not going to want to miss any episodes of The Trust: A Game of Greed, so we've laid out the entire release schedule below to ensure you can stay caught up and avoid spoilers!

When do new episodes of The Trust: A Game of Greed drop on Netflix?

The reality show premiered on January 10, 2024, but instead of releasing all eight episodes at once, Netflix is opting to stagger the episodes across several weeks. The streamer has made a habit of doing that with reality shows like Squid Game: The Challenge and Love Is Blind in the past.

New episodes of the series release on Wednesdays at the same time as all other Netflix drops, i.e. midnight PT/3:00 a.m. ET. The first four episodes became available on January 10 and episodes 5 through 7 will air on January 17 before the finale on January 24.

  • Episode 1, "House of Lies" - January 17, 2024
  • Episode 2, "Why Is Everyone Being So Frickin' Emotional?" - January 10, 2024
  • Episode 3, "And That Changes Everything..." - January 10, 2024
  • Episode 4, "My Integrity Can't Be Bought" - January 10, 2024
  • Episode 5, "Selfishness Is NOT Black & White" - January 17, 2024
  • Episode 6, "Snake in the Grass" - January 17, 2024
  • Episode 7, "The Snake is Slithering" - January 17, 2024
  • Episode 8, "The End of the Rainbow" - January 24, 2024

As of the premiere day, it doesn't look like Netflix has a reunion episode of any kind planned, but the streamer might release follow-up videos with the cast on social media or elsewhere. Stay tuned to Netflix Life for updates!
