We have good news to share, Netflix Lifers! Netflix just announced that all five seasons of The Jamie Foxx Show will be making its way to the streaming platform this March. It'll be joining many other Black sitcoms on Netflix, like Girlfriends, The Parkers, The Game, Family Reunion and The Upshaws.

It's the show that launched Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx's acting career as well as others. It follows aspiring actor Jamie King, who moves from Terrell, Texas, to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career in acting but soon finds himself having to take a job at his aunt and uncle's financially strapped hotel to support himself. While working there, he meets desk clerk Francesca "Fancy" Monroe, who refuses to give him the time of day, but Jamie is determined not only to capture her interest but also to make it big in Hollywood.
Jamie Foxx stars in the leading role as Jamie King, while Garcelle Beauvais plays the role of Francesca "Fancy" Monroe. Joining them in the cast are Christopher B. Duncan, Ellia English, Garrett Morris, and others.
