Every time Netflix releases a new anime, the anime community rejoices because we know that we're receiving a title so juicy that we'll be thinking about it for the rest of the year!
So far, we've had great anime titles like Delicious in Dungeon and Maboroshi. However, fans will be delighted to know that Netflix is taking a more ominous turn with the release of The Grimm Variations!
Here's everything you can expect to see in this anticipated 2024 release!
Why you should watch The Grimm Variations
The Grimm Variations is a collection of six unique stories, each with the capacity to leave you shaken with terror.
One of the anime's stories includes a retelling of The Little Red Riding Hood. Only, rather than Little Red being a sweet girl who tries to provide for her grandmother, she's a menacing girl who loves to hunt just as much as the wolf that terrorizes her small town.
Another story in this collection is one of lovers. However, one of the two lovers quickly realizes that the thought of being in love is, sometimes, far better than actually falling in love, especially when the person you are falling for turns your life completely upside down.
All in all, The Grimm Variations is a fun show to check out if you like titles that like to put a spin on fairy tales you know and love. But it's especially good for Netflix fans who love anime that are anthology titles that you can pick up from anywhere.

Perhaps you need a little more of a reason to stream this 2024 release. That's not a problem for us because we know that the crew of this title are sure to impress you.
Michiko Yokote serves as the writer for this title. Michiko has written in many popular titles such as Cowboy Bebop, Naruto, and Mononoke.
Alongside Michiko Yokote are producers George Wada and Taiki Sakurai. Wada has brought shows like Attack on Titan, Psycho Pass, and Bubble, whereas Sakurai has worked on many Netflix anime like Eden, Exception, and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
Last but not least, you'll be happy to know that the 2024 anime release was animated by the hands of WIT Studio, a very popular animation studio that has created anime like Ranking of Kings and the first three seasons of Attack on Titan.
