2 Netflix new releases to watch and 1 to skip this weekend (Oct. 4)

The first weekend of October has arrived, and for most of us, that means it's finally time to start our annual Halloween movie marathons. It's the season of Hocus Pocus and horror movies and all things witchy and spooky, which accounts for one of the three top Netflix new releases this weekend.
This week, Netflix dropped a ton of new movies and shows, including throwbacks and recent favorites alike. Among the new additions are Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Yellowjackets season 1, Psycho, Halloween, Robin Hood, It Chapter Two, and so many more.
There's something for everyone to watch this weekend, especially if you're still catching up on recently released Netflix originals like Nobody Wants This, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, and Unsolved Mysteries volume 5.

It's What's Inside

Love is Blind season 7
Skip! Unless you're already a religious fan of Netflix's hit reality dating series Love is Blind, you probably won't be rushing the check out the newly released seventh season, which continues for three more weeks until the finale.
The second Love is Blind season of the year brings back Nick and Vanessa Lachey as hosts and introduces a group of new singles sure to give fans some of the most dramatic reality television of the fall. Tune in if you're a fan, otherwise skip!
Heartstopper season 3
Watch! No one should ever turn down the opportunity to binge-watch a new season of Netflix's most delightful original teen drama series. Heartstopper season 3 debuted on Oct. 3 and already shot into the top 10 most popular shows ranking. Fans have been waiting!
The new season of the British series tackles some of the show's most mature subject matter yet, including mental health, eating disorders, and sex. It's important but sometimes hard-to-watch storytelling from Heartstopper, and you cannot make the mistake of not watching.
