Netflix is adding 11 new movies and shows this week (June 9, 2024)

The time is finally here! Bridgerton season 3 part 2 is coming this week! Are there other things coming to Netflix this week? Sure, but Bridgerton is what everyone will be talking about. But if historical romance and intrigue aren't your thing, there is also a new season of David Letterman's talk show and a new animated superhero movie.

But first, let's talk about Bridgerton! The second half of season 3 hits Netflix on Thursday, June 13, 2024. While I don't usually love it when Netflix splits things into two parts, with Bridgerton, it totally worked. Especially where the first half ended.

For the second half, we will see how Colin and Penelope's relationship stands up against the gossip of the ton. And, of course, whether he will still want to be with her when he finds out her secret.

Netflix adds My Next Guest Needs No Introduction and Ultraman: Rising this week

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction With David Letterman season 5 is also headed to Netflix this week. You can start streaming it on Wednesday, June 12. His guests this season include Miley Cyrus and Charles Barkley. He has regular sit-down interviews with both of them, but he also golfs with Charles Barkley and Miley Cyrus sings her latest songs.

Looking for a new animated movie? Ultraman: Rising is coming to Netflix on Friday, June 14. The animated film follows a star athlete who returns home to take over his dad's role as Ultraman. As the ultimate superhero, he has to shield Tokyo from monsters and world-destroying villains but will he be as good as his dad?

The movie features the voices of Christopher Sean, Rob Fukuzaki, Hiro Nakamura, Gedde Watanabe, Tamlyn Tomita, and Keone Young.
