As of Dec. 22, My Life with the Walter Boys still remains one of the top shows on Netflix, meaning more and more people are tuning in to see what it's all about. Due to its instant popularity, it managed to nab an early season 2 renewal, and we couldn't be happier!
After that surprising season 1 ending, we absolutely must see how the story will continue in My Life with the Walter Boys season 2. There are some characters that have a lot of explaining to do and another character that deserves an apology.
It'll be a while before we see the teen series back on our screens, so in the meantime, we decided to keep ourselves busy by ranking some of the characters by their likability. More specifically, some of the Walter boys.
Technically, there are seven Walter boys if we're not counting Lee, Issac, and Parker. We're only going to rank five of the seven brothers because the other two haven't received much screentime yet for us to form an opinion of them. Check out our ranking below!
Spoilers from My Life with the Walter Boys season 1 ahead!
5. Cole Walter
I know I'm going to receive a lot of hate for ranking Cole as the least likable Walter boy, but hear me out please. Cole has his moments where he can be charming, and he might be the most popular and attractive guy at Silver Falls High School, but overall, he's not a good guy in my opinion.
He literally treated Jackie horribly at the beginning of the first season for no reason at all. Remember the bet that he and Isaac came up with after pranking Jackie? Initially, Cole made it seem like he had nothing to do with the prank, but Jackie later found out the truth. And remember when he left her behind on her first day of school? I know he warned everyone that he'd drive off if they were late, but Jackie was still trying to adjust to everything. He could've cut her some slack.
Let's talk about how he treats women too. Although he and Erin were in an on-and-off relationship, he didn't have to go sleep with her best friend. That's really the lowest of the low. He's also a bad brother. He and Alex were finally on good terms, and then he goes and makes out with Jackie. That's so disrespectful!
Lastly, the whole woe is me act was becoming ridiculous. Yes, it sucks that he can no longer play football but that doesn't mean he gets a pass to do bad things and treat people any kind of way.
4. Alex Walter
Alex is a sweet boy, but his jealous tendencies can become too much. We saw this in his relationship with Jackie. I know his jealousy stems from being cheated on in the past, but it's just so many times someone is going to forgive his ways. That's really my main reason for ranking him so low. Overall, he's a good guy who doesn't deserve to be cheated on. You heard that, Jackie!
3. Will Walter
Will is a good big brother, but he can be self-centered when it comes to his relationship. The main issue that he and his fiancée had was that he spent too much time worried about building a career instead of spending time with her. Luckily, Will recognized his faults, and they seemed to have worked their problems out by the end of the season. Overall, Will is kind and wants the best for others. That's why he's ranked at a high spot on our list.
2. Danny Walter
I literally have nothing bad to say about Danny. He sticks to himself and doesn't bother anybody. He's very thoughtful as well. He was actually one of the first people to be nice to Jackie and help her get adjusted to the small town. Danny deserves all the good things coming to him, and I hope he gets a love interest next season. Wink-wink!
1. Nathan Walter
Oh, sweet Nathan. Like Danny, Nathan was one of the first people to be nice to Jackie and help her out once she arrived in Silver Falls. Actually, he and Danny are a lot alike. They're both quiet yet considerate. It was heartbreaking to see his feelings not being reciprocated at first when it came to his crush on Skylar. It was also sad watching him struggle with a chronic brain disorder.
Nathan is such a sweet person, and it doesn't seem like he's got a bad bone in his body. We're looking forward to seeing his story continue in My Life with the Walter Boys season 2.
