Lift soundtrack: All songs featured in Kevin Hart's heist film

SZA, Curtis Mayfield, and System of a Down all have music featured in the heist film.

Kevin Hart's latest movie is a comedic heist film now streaming on Netflix. Hart plays an expert thief named Curtis with plans to steal a vault containing $500 million worth of gold. The only catch is that the vault is being transported on an airplane, so Cyrus and his crew must pull off this remarkable feat while flying 40,000 feet in the air. Can they pull it off? Lift features music from artists like SZA, System of a Down, Curtis Mayfield, and more. The songs complement an original score composed by Dominic Lewis and Guillaume Rousse. Lewis previously composed music for films like Violent Night and The King's Men, while Rousse's prior credits include 3 Days to Kill and The Spy. Both Lewis and Rousse clearly know their way around scoring an action-packed movie!

Apart from Hart, Lift stars a talented cast of actors that includes Vincent D'Onofrio, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, and Sam Worthington. The Fate of the Furious director F. Gary Gray directs Lift and the screenplay is from Daniel Kunka, who also wrote the script for the 2009 film 12 Rounds starring John Cena.

Lift isn't getting the greatest reception from critics at the moment, scoring a 33% approval score on Rotten Tomatoes, but audiences seem to be liking the movie more as the audience score is at 77% approval so far.
