It's been two years since Ozark came to an end on Netflix, but Laura Linney, who starred as Wendy Byrde and was nominated for three Emmys for her role, still misses working on the Netflix original series.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote her new movie, Wildcat, Linney spoke about how much she loved the show and working with the great cast and crew, including co-star and executive producer, Jason Bateman.

"I had so much fun," Linney told Fallon about working on Ozark. "We all had such a good time. That nasty guy, Jason Bateman, just put together this great show."

Linney starred in all four seasons of the hit Netflix original series alongside Jason Bateman, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, and Julia Garner. The series ran for four seasons on Netflix before coming to an end in the spring of 2022. Linney praised Bateman and the rest of the cast and crew of Ozark.

"He put together this group of people, and created an atmosphere, and we just loved it," Linney said.

Fallon, then, asked if Linney missed the series, and she said:

"Every single day, I miss it. I do. I miss the people because those jobs don't come around very often. And, you know it when you're in it. You're like, 'oh, this is a good one.' The thing is, I'm grateful that I was old enough to recognize that when I was in it."

Ozark is definitely one of the best Netflix shows of all time! It's not my favorite (that's Outer Banks!), but Ozark checked that dark crime series box on Netflix for so long. It's wild to think it's been two years since the show ended, too.

If you still haven't seen the series, there's no bad time to watch Ozark on Netflix. It's dark, and Linney's character is absolutely ruthless, but it's a great series that most fans of crime shows will enjoy on Netflix. On top of that, it has a phenomenal cast led by Linney, Bateman, and Garner.

I had a hard time finding a place or theater to actually watch Wildcat, Linney's new movie. It's reportedly available in some theaters before receiving a wider release later this year. I'll have to settle for streaming, but it's not available yet. No word yet on if the movie will be available to stream on Netflix, either, but we'll keep you posted!
