Looks like the Queen of Christmas movies will be adding another throne to her collection. Lacey Chabert, who you know from classic titles like Party of Five, The Wild Thornberrys, and Mean Girls, staked her claim on the Hallmark Channel's Christmas movie empire. Now, she's looking to extend her dynasty of holiday romantic comedy movies with her first Netflix original.

On May 13, Netflix announced that Chabert will lead Hot Frosty, one of the forthcoming Netflix original Christmas romantic comedies making up the streamer's 2024 lineup. The movie's premise seems to take a nod from Jack Frost and also tackles a fantastical twist that Chabert's holiday movies probably haven't in the past: A snowman becoming sentient (and, likely, drop dead gorgeous).

Here's how Netflix describes the upcoming movie:

"Two years after losing her husband, Cathy magically brings a handsome snowman to life! Through his naivete, the snowman helps Cathy to laugh, feel and love again, as the two fall for each other just in time for the holidays... and before he melts."

Chabert won't be alone when it comes to familiar faces in Hot Frosty. She will be joined by 90210 and Schitt's Creek alum Dustin Milligan (possibly the titular hot frosty?), The Office favorite Craig Robinson, Brookly Nine-Nine standout Joe Lo Truglio, Mike & Molly scene stealer Katy Mixon, NCIS vet Lauren Holly, and Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause.

Hot Frosty has another Netflix connection, and it's with My Life with the Walter Boys director Jerry Ciccoritti. The director helmed four of the hit Netflix teen drama's 10 episodes in its first season, and hopefully he will be heading right into production for season 2 after wrapping the holiday flick. According to a report from What's on Netflix, production on the movie wraps on May 18.

Thankfully, we won't have to wait much longer than the holiday season to see Chabert's Netflix Christmas movie debut, as the streamer has confirmed that Hot Frosty will be released in 2024. Netflix also has Chabert's Mean Girls costar Lindsay Lohan starring in Our Little Secret and Christina Milian in Meet Me Next Christmas prepped for the holiday season as well. Get ready for a star-studded Christmas on Netflix!
