If there's one thing we learned from watching six seasons of Gossip Girl on The CW, it's that some fashions never go out of style, and the series itself is living proof of that motto. Since its premiere in 2007 and its end in 2012, the teen drama series has remained a pop culture staple, whether it's in the form of annual rewatches or viral memes that inexplicably take over social media.

Well, we're clearly about to have another Gossip Girl summer, as the beloved series looks to be returning to Netflix in the United States this summer. What's on Netflix first reported on the show being re-added to the streamer stateside. While there's no official release date for the series from Netflix, the show is listed in the streamer's "Worth the Wait" row of its New & Popular section.

Like most shows hailing from The CW, Gossip Girl had quite the tenure on Netflix before being pulled in early 2021. Since then, the series has called Max its sole streaming home in the United States, though it has been slowly re-added to Netflix in other international territories in the past couple years. Most recently, Netflix Canada announced the show's addition on June 10.
