Lupin is premiered on Netflix in January 2021, and it was an instant hit for the streamer. The French Netflix original series was actually the most-watch non-English series in Netflix history for a time until a little show called Squid Game was released later in the year. To me, Lupin is one of the best heist TV shows of all time. It's definitely the best heist show that Netflix made.

In the series, Omar Sy stars as Assane Diop, a man who seeks revenge on a billionaire for the imprisonment and death of Assane's father. Assane is inspired by the famous gentleman thief, Arsene Lupin, from the many works of author Maurice Leblanc.

There are three seasons of Lupin streaming on Netflix right now! We're still hopeful that a fourth season of Lupin is in the works on Netflix, but we haven't heard the official word yet. Stay tuned for more news about Lupin season 4. It sounds like everyone is ready to film another. And, no spoilers, but Lupin season 3 ends on a killer cliffhanger.
