Netflix's Emmy-nominated romantic comedy series Nobody Wants This will be back later this year with its highly anticipated third season, and we're already learning lots of exciting details about the upcoming new episodes. Filming officially kicked off in March 2026, and there's a large crop of new faces joining the cast to rub elbows with Joanne and Noah.

Nobody Wants This season 3 sees the returns of the full main cast, which includes Kristen Bell, Adam Brody, Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, and Jackie Tohn. While we can expect the regular supporting cast to return, Netflix has announced nine new cast members, including stars from Never Have I Ever, Victorious, and Chicago Med, who will make recurring and guest appearances in season 3.

Nobody Wants This welcomes the following new guest stars: Sarah Silverman, Andrew Rannells, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Erin Foster, Sadie Sandler, Poorna Jagannathan, Steven Weber, Stephanie Koenig, and Avan Jogia. Do a lot of those names and faces sound familiar? We're going to share where you know these stars from and who they will play in season 3.

Sarah Silverman, a stand-up comedian and actress known for roles in School of Rock and Wreck-It Ralph, will play Rabbi Eden. She's teaching the Intro to Judaism class that Joanne's taking during her conversion. While Rabbi Eden proves a friendly face in her class, Joanne clashes with her new nemesis Sebastien, who's played by Girls and Black Monday star Andrew Rannells.

Keyla Monterroso Mejia plays Amber, another character in Joanne's conversion class. Amber isn't in a relationship, but she's determined to find a Jewish husband. Mejia has appeared in shows like Abbott Elementary, Freeridge, Running Point, The Studio, and Acapulco. Apart from these three recurring stars, Nobody Wants This season 3 also boasts even more guest stars.

Victorious and 56 Days star Avan Jogia will play Travis, someone (possibly in her class) who enjoys teasing Joanne. Nobody Wants This creator Erin Foster appears in front of the camera on her show for the first time as Nicole, a "terminally single and chaotic mess" who's described as an alternative universe version of Joanne. You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah and Roommates actress, and Adam Sandler's daughter, Sadie Sandler guest stars as a psychic Morgan visits.

Never Have I Ever and Deli Boys star Poorna Jagannathan plays Eleanor, the aunt of Sebastien who's clearly destined to clash with Joanne. English Teacher and Lessons in Chemistry actress Stephanie Koening appears to be Sasha's new love interest Poppy, though their dating app meet-up sounds ill-fated. Finally, Wings and Chicago Med star Steven Weber guest stars as a divorced dad named Julian. He seems to have it all together and could be a new friend for Sasha or a date for Morgan.

Even though Netflix hasn't revealed the synopsis for Nobody Wants This season 3, we can piece together some big clues about what will happen based on the new characters and their descriptions. A lot of the new characters originate from Joanne's Judaism conversion class, where she clearly spend a majority of her time in season 3. Likewise, Sasha and Morgan's respective splits in the season 2 finale obviously find them exploring single life in various ways.

As production continues on Nobody Wants This season 3, we'll share more details as they're announced by Netflix ahead of the show's anticipated return later this year!
