This summer, there's been one Netflix show in particular that has been having quite the defining moment, and that would be Harlan Coben's I Will Find You. The mystery thriller limited series premiered on June 18 and quickly made its presence known on the streamer. Not to mention, after only two weeks of availability, the series became Netflix's biggest new show of the year.
Coben's first American Netflix series stars Sam Worthington, Britt Lower, and Milo Ventimiglia, and their star powered combined with the show's captivating premise are enough to create a series that's well on its way to being the author's most popular Netflix show ever. But when it comes to the most watched Netflix shows of the year, I Will Find You is in great company.
As part of Netflix's quarterly earnings call, the streamer revealed its top 10 most-watch shows of 2026 between January and June, encompassing the first half of the year. The ranking revealed that only two shows released this year have hit 100 million views: His & Hers and Bridgerton season 4. However, Harlan Coben made a bit of noise on the list with two of his own shows.

I Will Find You and Run Away are two of Netflix's top shows of 2026
Despite being released in June, when the top 2 shows of the year dropped in January and February respectively, Harlan Coben's I Will Find You ranked in the No. 3 position with 64 million views. Knowing that the list spans the first half of 2026, six whole months, and a show with less than one month of tracking is already the third most-watch Netflix show of the year... That's an amazing achievement.
But I Will Find You isn't the only show from Coben to not only make the list back crack the top 5. Netflix kicked off the year, as it has with a few years in the past, with a Coben show debuting on New Year's Day. This year, that show was Run Away, which stars James Nesbitt and Minnie Driver. The limited series is in the No. 5 position after Stranger Things season 5 with 50 million views.
All told, both new Harlan Coben shows have exceeded 100 million views when both of the titles' totals are combined. That's 114 million views for these two Coben series alone, not even including his 11 other shows currently available to binge-watch on Netflix. In that regard, the combined total makes Harlan Coben shows the most-watched new shows on Netflix in 2026 so far.
You could say that's stuffing the ballot box a bit, but it's still an incredible feat and proof that Coben's stories are the ones that Netflix subscribers want to watch. Considering that I Will Find You is well on its way to solidifying its standing as Coben's most popular Netflix show of all time (at the moment), the series is still racking up views that could match or exceed His & Hers and Bridgerton.
I Will Find You stands to potentially make history as the first Harlan Coben show to rank on Netflix's Global Top 10 Most Popular Shows of All-Time ranking for the first time in two years, since Fool Me Once made an appearance on the list back in 2024. Time well tell what the future holds for Coben's shows this year, but based on these early stats, the future is looking plenty bright.
