A fifth and final season is in the works and is confirmed to be released sometime in 2026.

There’s an undeniable pull to Stranger Things that catches you immediately. It’s not just the creeping sense of danger or the supernatural mysteries that unfold. It’s the way the show makes you care about its characters, the way it makes you feel like you’re part of Hawkins, Indiana, alongside them. The friendships, rivalries, and first loves feel real, messy, and completely relatable even when there are monsters and parallel dimensions threatening their world.

Stranger Things follows a group of kids as they face the trials of adolescence while confronting the eerie and dangerous mysteries of their town. At the center is Eleven, a girl with extraordinary abilities, whose connection with the group forms the emotional core of the story. Together, they unravel Hawkins’ darkest secrets all while facing terrifying creatures from the parallel realm known as the Upside Down.

There are four seasons streaming on Netflix right now. The fifth and final installment is set to premiere with its first batch of episodes on the streaming platform on Nov. 26, 2025.
