Every month, the library of movies on Netflix shifts and changes. New titles arrive with plenty of excitement and fanfare, while others quietly slip out the door. It’s one of the realities of streaming in the modern era.
The movies we love, the films we’ve been meaning to watch, and the hidden gems we promised ourselves we’d eventually get around to aren’t always guaranteed to stay available forever. Sometimes they linger for months or even years. Other times, they disappear before we ever get the chance to press play.
In March 2026, we've already seen multiple licensed films depart Netflix, and there are still a few more on the way out before the month is over. Don't worry! You still have some time to make your way through them. We've even decided to help you out by sharing each one below, along with their official departure dates.
Titanic (1997)
- Netflix removal date: March 16, 2026
There are movies, and then there is Titanic. Based on the real-life tragedy of the RMS Titanic, James Cameron’s 1997 masterpiece is truly an emotional journey. It tells a story of love and loss, and courage and sacrifice, all set against one of history’s most infamous disasters.
The story begins in 1996, decades after the Titanic’s maiden voyage. Treasure hunter Brock Lovett is exploring the wreck of the sunken ship, searching for a priceless diamond known as the Heart of the Ocean. Instead of treasure, he discovers a sketch of a young woman wearing the jewel. That woman turns out to be Rose Dawson Calvert, now elderly, who recounts the story of her journey aboard the ill-fated ship.
We are then transported back to 1912, to the Titanic’s departure from Southampton, England. Among the passengers is Rose DeWitt Bukater, a 17-year-old woman from a wealthy but controlling family. She is engaged to Cal Hockley, a wealthy industrialist, but Rose feels trapped by the expectations of her privileged life.
In a moment of despair, she contemplates ending her life by jumping off the ship’s stern. That's until she is saved by Jack Dawson, a free-spirited, penniless artist who won his third-class ticket in a poker game. The two strike up an unlikely friendship that blossoms into love. But their romance faces impossible odds as class differences, jealous rivals, and the looming tragedy of the Titanic threaten to tear them apart.
Four Brothers (2005)
- Netflix removal date: March 20, 2026
Four Brothers is hands down one of Mark Wahlberg's most underrated action thrillers, and it's a shame that it's about to be removed from Netflix. If you’ve never seen it, now is the perfect time to check out this gritty, emotionally charged story of family, loyalty, and revenge set in the snow-covered streets of Detroit.
The movie follows four adopted brothers who reunite in Detroit after the murder of their foster mother. What seemed like a random robbery quickly turns suspicious, and the brothers decide to take matters into their own hands. As they hunt for answers, they find themselves drawn into Detroit’s dangerous criminal underworld, facing gangsters and corrupt cops.
Wrath of Man (2021)
- Netflix removal date: March 25, 2026
Jason Statham is known for playing characters who are tough, unflinching, and impossibly skilled in any fight or high-stakes scenario. But in Guy Ritchie’s 2021 action thriller Wrath of Man, Statham's character proves he’s more than just muscle. He’s a man with a cold, calculated mind and a storm of vengeance driving every move he makes.
The film follows Patrick “H” Hill, a mysterious new recruit at an armored-truck company in Los Angeles, whose quiet demeanor hides a deadly past and a carefully concealed mission. When a group of criminals plans a major heist, H uses his position inside the company to track them down and exact revenge. This leads to a tense and violent showdown.
The Hurt Locker (2008)
- Netflix removal date: March 31, 2026
The Hurt Locker is a critically acclaimed war drama film set during the Iraq War that focuses on the psychological toll and harrowing intensity of modern combat. The movie drops viewers into the streets of Baghdad, where we follow a U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team tasked with disarming IEDs.
The story begins with the team’s leader being killed during a mission, and Staff Sergeant William James arrives to take his place. Fearless and adrenaline-driven, James often bypasses safety protocols. This puts himself directly in danger, much to the concern of Sergeant J.T. Sanborn and Specialist Owen Eldridge. Throughout the film, the team faces life-or-death situations, from roadside bombs to sniper attacks, highlighting the constant tension of war.
All four of these amazing movies will be departing Netflix soon. Don't forget to watch them while you still can!
